About Serena - Meet me @ PETstock Prahran!
Serena is a gentle, affectionate sweetheart who’s ready to find her forever home. This little love machine adores human company and will happily curl up beside you or sleep at your feet, keeping you company throughout the day. She’s incredibly sociable and thrives in a calm, loving environment where she can be close to her people.
Serena is extremely cat friendly and absolutely loves other cats. She would be delighted to share her home with feline friends and will happily snuggle, play, or simply keep them company. That said, she’s equally content being the only cat in the household, soaking up all the love and attention for herself.
She’s an adaptable, confident girl who walked straight into her foster home like she owned the place. Serena adjusts easily to new environments and people, making her a wonderful match for many different households. She adores human company but is also happy to spend time independently, so she’s just as comfortable joining you for cuddles as she is relaxing on her own when you are out and about.
She’s playful and curious, especially when treats or toys are involved! She never says no to a snack and will happily chase a toy before settling in for a nap. She’s clean, tidy, and always uses her litter tray like a pro.
Serena is looking for an indoors-only home where she can stay safe and comfortable.
Whether she’s snoozing peacefully or leaning in for cuddles, her soft and gentle nature makes her an ideal companion. If you’re after a sweet, snuggly best friend—whether for yourself or your other feline family members—Serena might be the perfect match.
Serena will be at PETstock Prahran in their adoption unit from 14 August. Everyone is invited to head in store to meet Serena during store operation hours.

Adoption details
All animals adopted through Out of the Woods Rescue are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea/worm treated and health-checked. We aim to match each animal with a home that suits their needs and personality.
Here’s how our adoption process works:
Submit an application – This helps us get to know you, your household and what you're looking for in a pet.
Phone chat – If your application looks like a potential fit, one of our team members will contact you for a casual phone conversation to answer questions and discuss the animal in more detail.
Meet and greet – You’ll meet the animal in their foster home or another agreed location. If everyone agrees it’s a good match, we can proceed to adoption.
Adoption paperwork and payment – Our adoption fees cover desexing, microchipping, vaccination and parasite treatment.
Once adopted, the animal becomes part of your family. We're still here for post-adoption support if you ever need any help.
We’re committed to ethical adoptions and reserve the right to decline applications if we feel the match isn’t in the best interest of the animal.
