About Mia
Meet Mia, an endearingly loyal and devoted companion who's ready to become the heart and soul of your home. Mia has an extraordinary ability to connect deeply with her humans and is happiest when she has your undivided attention. If you're looking for a dog who will adore you entirely and exclusively, Mia is your perfect match.
Known for her love of cuddling, Mia makes an excellent snuggle buddy. Relaxing together on the couch or even inviting her under the covers for a restful night's sleep is her idea of bliss. Her contentment comes from being close to those she loves, providing comfort and companionship wherever you are.
Mia is a low-maintenance pup with respect to exercise — she prefers leisurely short walks over adventurous outings, and she's not a fan of running around large spaces. This makes her an ideal match for someone who values quiet afternoons and a calm, cozy lifestyle. With her quick adaptation to pee mats and preference for outdoor breaks during fair weather, Mia handles her housetraining needs with ease.
While Mia is fine to stay home alone for a while, she'll thrive in a household where her human companions have flexible schedules and can spend time with her throughout the day. If you're currently working from home or have a routine that allows you to be around more often, Mia would be delighted to be your constant and loyal friend. Are you ready to welcome an affectionate and utterly devoted new family member? Mia is eagerly waiting for the perfect home and heart to call her own.
Medical notes
3 year old Mia is desexed and microchipped. She is up-to-date with flea, tick, intestinal worm and heartworm prevention.
Mia has had a dental scale and polish during her time in foster care.
When Mia first arrived into care, it was noted that she had a mild increase in her liver enzymes. This stayed elevated during the following months. We have investigated this thoroughly including specialist ultrasound and liver biopsy and have found nothing of huge concern. There are some mild changes to Mia’s liver that could be caused from stress or previous diet, and we would recommend that she have six monthly blood tests moving forward and her vet has also recommended a liver support diet could be beneficial.
