Deja is a gentle, sensitive young cat looking for a patient and understanding forever home. At just 7 months old, she's still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place, and she's come a long way already.

Deja may be shy at first, especially with new people and environments.

She needs adopters who understand that building trust takes time, and who are comfortable giving her the space she needs to settle in at her own pace.

While she doesn't tolerate being held or picked up, once she feels safe with you, she genuinely enjoys affection - especially head pats and gentle attention from her trusted people.

An enrichment enthusiast, Deja loves wand toy play, ping pong balls, puzzle feeders, and toy mice. These activities not only help her feel more confident, but they're also a great way to bond with her.

Deja is a special girl who will flourish in a quiet, patient home with people who appreciate a more reserved companion.
