Aspen is a beautiful, chunky boy with a heart full of love and a whole lot of potential. With no known history, he's a bit of a mystery - but one we think you'll love getting to know. Since arriving at the shelter, Aspen has shown himself to be incredibly people-focused, eager to please, and quick to learn. There are hints that he has had some training before, and he seems ready to pick up from where he left off.

Aspen can be a bit boisterous at times, but it all comes from a place of genuine excitement and affection. He doesn't know how strong he can be, which makes him more suitable to an active home with able adults and teens who can manage his strength and give him the physical and mental stimulation he craves. He may also be okay going home with a confident desexed female dog pending a successful meet-and-greet.
