Meet Dozer!

This big, friendly, and energetic staffy boy is looking for his forever home. At 3 years old, Dozer is a loving companion who thrives on human connection and enjoys being by your side.

Personality & Needs:
- Dozer is very affectionate and people-oriented - he'll be your constant shadow, your partner in crime, your Ride or Die!
- He can be prone to some breed-specific anxiety, so a loving, understanding home is essential.
- Dozer needs someone who is home more often than not; he doesn't do well alone for long periods & may even try to escape poorly fenced yards to find his people - Secure fencing is a essential!

Play & Exercise:
- Dozer LOVES playing with soccer balls, flinging them around & shaking them! He will also never turn down the opportunity to play Tug-of-War with a rope toy - he's a lively and playful boy!
- He is best suited for families with older children (12+) due to his energetic and sometimes slightly pushy play style.... when you know staffies, you know what we mean!
- Dozer enjoys trips to the beach and outings in the car - he's a confident traveler!
-Dozer has daily walks which he thoroughly enjoys.

Training & Compatibility:
- Dozer would benefit from ongoing positive reinforcement training, & some guidance for clear rules, and boundaries.
- He has lived with another dog before and may be able to co-habit with a sociable female, but he generally prefers being the sole focus of attention. We would need to hold a Meet & greet with any possible dog buddies.
- Breed experience is preferred, as staffies are a special breed that requires understanding and patience.

Living Arrangements:
- He keeps his pen tidy and doesn't destroy his blankets or toys.
- Dozer would love to be welcomed indoors as a full family member - he dreams of a spot on your bed!
- A high-quality diet is important for his continued health and happiness.
