Hi, I’m Blue, your future best mate.

I’m a young shepherd with a heart full of love and a whole lot of potential. Everyone says I’m a gorgeous boy (flattery gets you everywhere), but I’m not just good looks, I’m smart, loyal, and ready to learn.

I get along well with other dogs and have been super friendly with the kids in my foster home. I walk well on a lead, don’t dig or try to escape, and I genuinely want to please. Being young, I’d really benefit from ongoing training and an owner who understands my breed – we shepherd types thrive on exercise, stimulation and having a job to do.

Now, I’ll be honest, I’ve shown a bit of protective instinct when it comes to barking at the neighbour’s dogs through the fence, or occasionally at others while on a lead. But I haven’t shown any aggression when meeting or playing with dogs properly, I just need someone to help me understand when I don’t need to step in.

With guidance, structure and love, I know I’ll grow into the kind of dog people dream about. If you’re ready for a loyal, intelligent companion who’ll give you his whole heart, I might just be your guy.

They are socialised in the homes of loving foster carers, not in cages or kennels. (See our website to join the team)
