About Sunshine ☀️
Say hello to Sunshine, a clever little ray of energy with a curious mind and a playful heart! Sunshine is one of the brightest personalities in his litter — always thinking, always observing, and always ready to pounce when the moment’s just right.
Sunshine is the kind of kitten who sits back, watches the room, and calculates his next move. He’s incredibly smart for his age and loves a good game with his brother — especially if it involves zoomies and pouncing. He might come off a little shy at first, but once he feels safe, he turns into the biggest cuddle bug.
He especially loves a good chin scratch and will nuzzle in close once you’ve earned his trust. His mix of intelligence, affection, and energy makes him an absolute joy to have around.
If you’re after a playful, thoughtful companion who brings both fun and snuggles, Sunshine might be just the boy for you.
Sunshine must be adopted into a home with a feline friend, whether that be an existing friendly resident cat or being adopted alongside one of his beloved siblings, Honey (F) or Buttercup (M).
Sunshine is also an indoors-only boy, as he prefers the safety, comfort and warmth of an indoors-only lifestyle.

Adoption details
All animals adopted through Out of the Woods Rescue are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea/worm treated and health-checked. We aim to match each animal with a home that suits their needs and personality.
Here’s how our adoption process works:
Submit an application – This helps us get to know you, your household and what you're looking for in a pet.
Phone chat – If your application looks like a potential fit, one of our team members will contact you for a casual phone conversation to answer questions and discuss the animal in more detail.
Meet and greet – You’ll meet the animal in their foster home or another agreed location. If everyone agrees it’s a good match, we can proceed to adoption.
Adoption paperwork and payment – Our adoption fees cover desexing, microchipping, vaccination and parasite treatment.
Once adopted, the animal becomes part of your family. We're still here for post-adoption support if you ever need any help.
We’re committed to ethical adoptions and reserve the right to decline applications if we feel the match isn’t in the best interest of the animal.
