About Garry
Meet Garry!
Garry is a wee little lass with a love of dancing, wiggling, drive by kisses and being a cutie patootie. She's a little shy on first meet but very quickly warms up when she realises you're a friend not faux. The only fawn puggy in her litter, she's a standout in the crowd and can often be found wrestling with the staffies she shares her foster family with.
Garry's start in life wasn't a fairytale, she was left dumped in a box with her siblings at a vet clinic. It was clear she hasn't been handled all that much and as a result she gets quite uncomfortable being picked up but everyday her confidence grows. Her new family will need to understand a gentle, patient approach is necessary as is another confident dog for company, she really thrives with guidance from a stable, friendly pal to play and learn with.
Ideal Home:
✨ A family with experience, ideally with brachycephalic breeds.✨ A home with another confident, friendly dog—she thrives with canine companionship.✨ A commitment to continued training to help her build confidence and catch up on his missed early experiences.✨ Indoor access at all times—she loves being close to his people.
Energy Level:
⚡ Fun and energetic, Garry loves her daily walks and little adventures, but she doesn’t require marathon-level exercise. She is still learning how to master walking on leash so patience is required.
Suitability to Children:
👶 Best suited to kids aged 10+ due to her nervous nature.
Suitability to Other Pets:
🐶 Would thrive in a home with a confident, accepting dog—size isn’t important, but kindness is!
If you’re looking for a pint-sized bundle of joy who will keep you entertained and shower you with love, Garry might just be your perfect match! Could you be the one to give this special little girl her happily ever after?

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
