Meet Ruby, a captivating Belgian Malinois, who is seeking an owner who can provide the active lifestyle she thrives on. Her confidence and curiosity shine bright, making each day an exciting adventure with her by your side.

Ruby is smart and highly trainable, with a strong preference for food-motivated training. The perfect match for Ruby understands the balance between mental enrichment and daily physical exercise, ensuring she's both engaged and content. Her fascination with the world around her keeps her alert and eager to explore.

While Ruby is friendly with people and has an affectionate side that blossoms as she bonds with her family, she does prefer to be the only dog in her home. Her neutrality toward other dogs from a distance and a bit of under-socialisation means she would be happiest without other canine siblings. Up close she isn’t good at greeting dogs. Her environment would ideally be one that is not overly stimulating, allowing her to enjoy a calm and fulfilling atmosphere.

She definitely isn’t your standard Malinois. She is pretty low in drive and is much more of a family dog. She thrives spending time with people. She is very affectionate and loving.

She has spent a lot of her days at the shelter in meetings and in staff areas, where she really enjoys herself.

She is not suited to meeting other dogs at this stage
