About Pompom
Introducing the lovely boy Pompom, an 8 month old purebred Pomeranian. He’s a delightful calm and patient boy, good with other dogs and people. He has shown only mild interest in the cat in his foster home. Pompom is a little bigger than the average Pomeranian, weighing 5.8 kilos, but is still a small dog.
Pompom takes new situations in his stride, take the leash for example, the first time he had it on he was quite worried, now he’s very excited when he knows it’s walk time. He’s easy to walk on leash now (see video).
Pompom loves being brushed and just sits and relaxes while on the grooming table aka my dishwasher. When I found a couple of mats in his fur, he was ever so patient and cooperative while I removed them.
He’s a lovely, loyal boy and likes to be near where I am, but not in a clingy, needy way - just laying quietly and calmly at my feet or nearby.
He sits when asked, is a perfect car traveller and enjoys sitting on your lap or beside you on the couch.
Pompom’s beautiful coat will require a light brushing a few times a week.
Pompom is in care at Tamworth NSW. His new family will need to pick him up from Tamworth or arrange transport for him.
We make the adoption process as easy and straightforward as possible and don’t make would-be adopters jump through too many hoops.
