Meet Karma!
Karma is a beautiful 6.5-year-old female Australian Cattle Dog x Staffy looking for her forever home. She is a sweet girl who needs a loving, patient, and understanding family to help her settle into a calm and secure environment.
Ideal Home for Karma
- A quiet, stable household where she can decompress from her shelter experience
- Indoor living with her family, providing reassurance and routine
- Preferably a home with no other dogs to minimize stress
- Older children aged 10+ who can understand her needs and respect her boundaries
Personality & Needs
- Karma can experience high stress and anxiety, often waiting by her pen door and crying when she feels overwhelmed. Coming into shelter has been very confusing for her & she has times when she is desperately sad, wondering why she is here.
- She is happiest when sitting quietly with her human, enjoying gentle strokes and soft talk. She would prefer someone who is more of a home-body than endless hours spent on her own.
- She is toilet trained and keeps her kennel spotless
- She travels well in the car, making trips easier for her
Special Considerations
- Karma is not a fan of cats!
- Secure fencing is essential
- She may need time and patience to build trust and confidence

Enquiries sent through PetRescue will NOT be answered. Please follow the process below
1) Please note the name of the animal you're interested in
2) Visit the RSPCA Queensland adoption site at www.rspcaqld.org.au/adopt
3) Search for the animal either by type or location
4) View the animal's profile, and click the link to submit an application
5) RSPCA staff will contact you to inform you about the outcome of your application and to talk through the next steps if your application is successful!
