Charlie

Charlie is a wonderful boy who just loves having a family. He’s been great with his human foster sister and she absolutely adores him! He’s a gentle giant, who loves to snuggle and relax. He’s mastered walking on the lead, and his recall is getting better and better every day. He understands leave it, and he waits very patiently (albeit drooly) for his dinner.

When Charlie arrived into BARRC care, he had no training, just love for everyone, and a whole lot of enthusiasm! His wonderful foster family have shown that he is a smart and very trainable boy who only needs guidance, love and maybe some treats to learn how to thrive in his home.

He loves the beach, and trying to eat the sea. He’s still a bit unsure of other dogs, so he would suit being the only one at home. He’s really happy to relax at home while we work, he entertains himself beautifully, and has really settled into home life. He listens to the radio all day, which keeps him company while we work. His foster family think he is the perfect boy and would have kept him if they could!
