🍀🪅 MEET PADDY 🪅🍀

Firstly, I would like to tell you how I obtained my name! Foster Mum had just come back from a holiday to Ireland and you could not have a more Irish name than Paddy. She loved Ireland, but most importantly, the people were so friendly and helpful, always available to give you directions or information. So when she had this little adorable kitty come into her care she knew right away that Paddy it would be!

Nature
I'm not like your usual kitten; I do not run 100 kms/hour everywhere, I need to have a little think first as to where I want to go and when my brain gets the message - off I go. I walk with the most adorable little swagger or wobble and as soon as you see me, it is love at first sight! I can do most things like any normal kitty; purr, eat well and always use the litter tray. But my coordination is just a little wobbly and I find it really hard to jump off a seat or couch.

I have been practicing and getting more and more confident but sometimes I end up doing little somersaults as my back legs just can't keep up. On top of my wonderful nature, I have the softest fur ever. For a kitten, I am very slightly chunky and as I walk my adorable little wobble - you won't help but love me!

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
In my foster home, there is quite a bit happening. I am friends with everyone, kittens, dog and my human family. I also love to have visitors and when the grandchildren come to visit and I cuddle them all evening long. My Foster Mum and Dad are home most of the day. I love company!

I am presently living with two other foster kittens and I share an area with four bigger cats. I love being surrounded by other friends! I would do well with another kitty who is either my size and gentle or an older cat who will not bully me. I am so gentle that I could easily be bullied. I loves cats and kittens so gentle is the key.

There is also a medium size dog in the house. I don't mind him at all so you could say I am ok with dogs, as long as they are gentle and cat friendly.

Likes / Dislikes
I really love company and although I don't climb high cat trees, I can get up to the bottom level or even manage to get up on the couch so I can be beside you for a cuddle. I never do fast zoomies but occasionally I will put on a bit of speed if I see a ping pong game, I love trying to catch the ball going around and around. So ping pong games and little tiny balls or fluffy toys - toys I can bat around with my paws! Through the winter, I love a nice warm place to sleep and my room is always well heated.

My PURR-fect home would be having someone home most of the day as I just love company. So if you think you are that very special person or family for me, a very special kitty, please fill in an application! But remember you are adopting one in a million so I really need the best care ever. My Foster Mum says I deserve to be treated like the Prince I am!

Medical Notes: Paddy has neurological symptoms from an unknown cause, however it is most likely cerebellar hypoplasia where his cerebellum did not develop fully. Infectious causes have been ruled out through blood tests. Due to these issues he will need a low stress, stable home and he must be an indoor only cat.
