About Marmalade
Meet Marmalade! This sweet girl came into care with her sister Maple. Marmalade might take a little time to come out of her shell, but once she feels safe, she blossoms into an affectionate, people-focused kitty who loves being part of the action. She’ll follow you around the house, supervise your kitchen activities like a tiny sous-chef, and happily curl up in your lap for snuggles and naps. She enjoys being held by those she trusts and truly thrives on close, cozy connection. Marmalade is playful and silly too! Wine corks, feather toys, and paper bags keep her endlessly entertained. Marmalade gets very stressed during car rides and may pant or soil herself. Minimizing travel is ideal for her, or you can speak with a vet about gentle ways to reduce her anxiety when transport is necessary. Marmalade would love a quiet, loving home with someone who values companionship. She can be adopted with her sister Maple or into a home where she has a gentle, understanding human (or possibly a calm feline friend. Marmalade will need to remain indoors to keep her safe from outside dangers. If you would like to meet Marmalade, please speak with the friendly team at PETstock Tuggerah!

Adoption details
- You contact us to obtain an adoption application and discuss the animal of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability. We will also ask for rental agreements or rates and photos of your home. Please also include photos of your fencing .
- A meet and greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and current dogs are arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a yard check, to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - we understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
- Payment of the adoption fee is made in one full payment. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records. Please note we do have contracts in place that must be signed.
- Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted to council and the adoption is officially finalised.
- For interstate adoptions- The adoptor must have a meet and greet with the animal they are adopting. We will not send an animal over without a meet. All transport costs including flights, will need to be paid in full by the adoptor.
- For cats, all adoptions take place at PETstock Tuggerah unless the profile states otherwise.
