About Dixie
Meet Dixie,
Dixie is a delightful adult miniature Dachshund with a heart full of love and a spirit eager to learn. This charming little lady is always by your side, ready to snuggle up and share in your daily adventures. Whether you're working from home or enjoying a quiet evening, Dixie will be your loyal companion.
Though she's still mastering toilet training, Dixie's quick learning and food motivation make her an eager student. She's also discovered the joy of playtime, especially with her stuffed toys, and loves to bring them back for more fun
Dixie gets along wonderfully with other dogs and has shown she's great with kids. She thrives on affection and is ready to be pampered by a family who will cherish her.
Prior to coming into care Dixie lived on a farm with horses, and had been around sheep and bigger dogs (kelpies).
She was rehomed due to having a tendency to attack the owners racing pigeons, so a home with no small animals or birds, chickens etc would suit best.
She lived with kids range 4 years old until teenagers.
Does your home sound like it would suit her?
