Oh Hi! I'm Max, the cutest, fluffiest boy you've ever met!

I'm all about Max-imising your love, Max-imising your joy and Maxi-imising your life! Happy-go-lucky is my middle name, and I'm sure you'll be smitten within seconds of meeting me.

I've spent some time in foster care, and I've already come leaps and bounds (pun intended). Gaining lots of confidence, they've said I'm a 'perfect family dog' who is 'friendly immediately'. I can still be a little nervous with lots of handling and full-on cuddles, so my new forever family will need to understand quality over quantity when it comes to pats and hugs. Because of this I'll need a home with dog-savvy children, but they can be of any age!

Any dog is an opportunity for a new best friend, and I'd be happy if my forever home has another canine companion for me! Please bring along all resident dogs and children along to the meet and greet.

While I don't mind a tasty treat, your love and companionship is the quickest way to my heart. Lazing on the couch, going for walks or simply playing in the backyard (psst- squeaky toys are my favorite). I'll be thrilled to be with you on any adventure. Now there are a few quirky things you need to know about me, because quirks make life fun and interesting! With my breed grooming is a MUST to ensure I'm looking as handsome as I possibly can be. And while I already know how to snazzy sit and stay, I'm still in the process of learning other tricks, and may need a little patience while I settle in.

You'll also need to know that I am a chatty guy! I'll let you know when I'm wanting to play, and I'll definitely know if there's someone at the door (or an unwelcome bird or possum!)
