He loves a calm home where he can be the center of your world (and the only cat in it).
But fair warning: he's not a fan of the vet. We're talking full-scale drama llama, Oscar-level theatrics. So he'll need a patient, understanding person who can work with his flair for the dramatic.
Oscar is looking for a quiet, home with someone who appreciates a cat with a big personality, a soft side, and a strong aversion to stethoscopes.

I'm available for 'foster to adopt' which means you get to take me home and love me today, but I'll need to be returned to the shelter on the 28/7 for my recheck after surgery, but on the 29/7 you will pick me up and finalise my adoption.
