About Muffin
Introducing our lovely Muffin, the girl with the biggest eyes in the shelter.
Muffin simply doesn't cope in the shelter so has been spending time with one of our fabulous carers and this time has shown that although she doesn't cope in the shelter, she most certainly copes in the home.
She is a sweet and affectionate girl who just needs a little time and love to let her personality shine. When she first arrived in her foster home, she quickly showed her confident side-accepting gentle pets, offering bum lifts, and even returning affection with soft cheek rubs. Before long, she was happily curling up in the crook of her foster's arm alongside her sister, Mimi.
Muffin is a thoughtful cat who enjoys companionship-whether it's from her sister or a human she trusts. While she's tolerant of kittens (even the rowdy ones!), she prefers not to share her space with adult cats. Her ideal home would be with her sister Mimi, or possibly with a kitten she can gently boss around.
At the shelter, Muffin doesn't show her best side-her wide eyes and shy demeanor can make her seem more timid than she truly is. In the comfort of a home, however, she blossoms into a loving companion.
Though Muffin and Mimi are deeply bonded and often found cuddled together, they may adjust to separate homes if needed. That said, it would be a dream come true to see them adopted together, continuing their journey side by side.
*The Lost Dogs' Home would also be glad to have Muffin and Mimi placed into a home via a recognized rescue organisation. Please contact us on adoptions.cranbourne@dogshome.com if your organisation has space for this beautiful soul.
