Sootie is an intelligent and highly affectionate Dalmatian cross who will steal your heart with her sweet nature and eagerness to please. This lovely girl has mastered several commands including sit, down, speak, and paw, and has recently learned the "place" command - so she will go to her bed or mat until given the "free" release command.

Sootie is a walking enthusiast who's currently perfecting her leash manners on her daily walks. She loves bringing the ball back for a few rounds of fetch.

Sootie gets along great with other dogs, horses, and even cats!

Sootie does have one bad habit that needs mentioning and does need careful consideration, and that is that she does guard her food bowl and doesn't like anyone approaching when she is eating. This resource guarding means that she would suit an experienced home, definitely without children or the very elderly. Sootie’s carer is happy to discuss Sootie’s resource guarding with the successful applicant.

Sootie has proven herself to be trustworthy when left alone for several hours, and respectful of gardens and lawns (no digging!) She is house-trained, and ready to bring joy, loyalty, and affection to the right family.

MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, vaccination, microchip (including transfer of ownership fee), flea and worm treatment and sterilisation.

ADOPTION NOTES
Our adoption process for the successful applicant includes a meet and greet, (including your own dog if applicable), a home check (or photos of your yard and fencing to be supplied to us if not local), and a two week trial period to ensure your chosen dog is the right fit for your home.

All adoption fees must be deposited into our SAFE Bunbury bank account in full before adoption trial starts (we cannot accept cash). The Adoption Agreement will be emailed to the selected applicant in advance of meeting your chosen dog.

After the adoption trial period has been completed we arrange transfer of ownership of the dog's microchip to the new owner, and email out the vet records.
