Gaila is has three legs after requiring amputation but this doesn’t stop her from loving all things people and life! Galia has also had a dental and teeth removed due to the life she lived before coming to meow rescue.

Gaila is no ordinary cat—she’s a survivor, a snugglebug, and a sunshine-bringer all rolled into one beautifully unique package.

After overcoming a tough start to life and raising three healthy kittens (now adopted), Gaila is finally ready for her own forever home. She’s now fully healed, happily living life as a tripod, and more than ready to give her whole heart to the right person.

Gaila is incredibly affectionate—the kind of cat who leans into your touch, purrs like a tiny engine, and follows you from room to room just to be near you. Her foster carer calls her “the most loving cat I’ve ever had”—and it’s easy to see why.

Her days are filled with joy: chasing toys, zooming through her tunnel, soaking up sunshine, and curling up in the coziest spots she can find. She's adapted beautifully to life on three legs and doesn’t let anything slow her down.

Calm, loving, and full of soft places to land. She’s best as your one-and-only feline, as other cats can make her a little nervous—but she loves her doggie foster siblings and would be delighted to share her new home with a gentle, cat-savvy pup.
