About Ozzy
We are not too sure about Ozzy’s past. What we do know is he got lost, tired and hungry, crash landing back to the ground where he broke his keel bone. In pain and needing a place to rest, Ozzy was looked after by some good samaritans before being transferred to us!
His broken keel has not broken his spirits- he is bright boy, always paying attention to what you are doing around the room. He is an older boy, evident by the extra wrinkles around his cere (nose) and eyes, and we think he’d prefer either an indoor home with a pigeon friend that is low energy, or an aviary where he can spend his golden years. He is quite shy, but we think will warm up as he gets used to the luxury pigeon life! 😚

From there we will work with the adopter to find a bird that suits their lifestyle, and organise a meet and greet at our shelter. We offer continious support post-adoption and are always available for help or questions.
