About Bingo
Meet Bingo the bouncy, brilliant little pug, who is irresistibly charming!
Bingo is 1 year and 8 months old, 9kg bundle of love, laughs, and lively personality.
With his classic puggy snort, expressive eyes, and comic timing, Bingo is everything you'd hope for in a small companion dog.
Bingo is affectionate, playful, a little dramatic, and full of heart.
He’s the perfect blend of snuggly sidekick and joyful jester, guaranteed to bring smiles wherever he goes.
Bingo arrived into care through a private surrender and has since flourished in his foster home.
From the moment Bingo arrived, he settled in beautifully, making himself right at home with his foster family and their resident pets.
True to his Velcro-dog nature, Bingo adores human company and prefers to be as close to his people as possible, ideally touching them, or at least within snuggling distance.
This clever little boy is already toilet trained and has some experience with crate training, although his preference is always to curl up in a cozy dog bed or, even better, cuddle up beside his humans He hasn’t had much use for a doggy door just yet, but he’s a quick learner and will pick it up in no time if needed.
Bingo knows how to sit when told.
Bingo’s days are a delightful mix of lively energy and laid-back lounging. He loves to play and is known for his spontaneous zoomie sessions that bring joy to everyone watching, but he’s just as happy to spend hours relaxing with his humans.
Bingo is incredibly loving and finds happiness in the smallest moments , a comfy spot, a soft pat, belly rub, or a kind word.
Like many pugs, Bingo has a flair for the dramatic. His repertoire of grunts, snorts, and soulful stares could win him an Oscar in the category of “Best Pug in a Leading Role."” But despite his expressive ways, he’s surprisingly quiet, more likely to offer soft snuffles than barking.
Bingo has a wonderful love for children and absolutely lights up in their company. That said, due to his enthusiastic approach to play, he’s best suited to a family with older kids who can appreciate his joyful energy and participate in his daily antics safely and confidently.
When it comes to other animals, Bingo is a total social butterfly. He gets along brilliantly with dogs of all sizes and has blended seamlessly into his foster home's multi-dog environment.
He’s also been tested with cats, Bingo’s reaction was delightfully low-key, giving them a sniff before wandering off with no fuss at all. Even the resident budgies don’t raise an eyebrow from him. His gentle, respectful nature makes him a great choice for families with existing pets.
At night, Bingo snuggles down on a dog bed in the lounge alongside his foster siblings . He finds great comfort in their company, and it’s essential that his forever home includes another friendly dog to share his days and keep him feeling secure, this really is a must!
During the day, Bingo can usually be found wherever his people are , especially if they’re offering snacks, belly rubs, or a comfy lap. He loves being involved in daily life and is happiest when included in family activities, big or small.
Bingo enjoys his daily strolls and walks well on the lead, trotting along cheerfully for about 30 minutes at a time.
He responds beautifully to positive reinforcement, especially if there’s a tasty treat or kind word involved. His joyful little wiggle when he knows he’s done well is one of his many endearing charms.
Of course, Bingo comes with his own delightful quirks. He’ll run after a ball like a champion , but retrieving it? That’s a different story. Bingo prefers to celebrate the chase and then let someone else handle the rest.
And when you walk through the door , even if you’ve only been gone for five minutes , he’ll welcome you like a long-lost hero, complete with over-the-top tail wags, excited squeals, and a dramatic reunion worthy of a slow-motion movie montage.
Bingo is searching for a forever home that will embrace both his cuddly, devoted side and his playful pug personality.
He needs a loving, dog-friendly home where he can be close to his humans, bond deeply with a fellow doggy friend for a companion, and continue to flourish in a warm, nurturing environment.
Bingo’s a little dog with a massive heart, an endless supply of love to give, and a unique ability to turn everyday moments into joyful memories.
