About Peppercorn
Meet Peppercorn,
Don't let my size fool you—I may look like a distinguished gentleman, but I'm still a playful kitten at heart! They call me Peppercorn, and sometimes "Big Boy" because of my impressive stature, but I'm truly a gentle giant looking for my furever home.
I'm a connoisseur of heights and love surveying my kingdom from the top of my cat tower. You'll often find me scaling new peaks or napping in high places. And when it's time for some zoomies, my tunnel in the hallway is my absolute favourite, so a home where I can have some space to stretch my legs and run around would be purr-fect.
While I'm quite good at amusing myself with toys, I'm also a social butterfly. I currently live happily with other cats and even an old dog—whose bed I sometimes share, because, well, it's just as comfy as mine! I'd absolutely love to find a new home with my brother Cardamom or another feline friend of a similar age. We could keep each other company and share all the best napping spots.
When it comes to cuddles, I'm pretty laid-back. I enjoy a good head-on-leg lean while you're relaxing, and sometimes I'll even grace your lap with my presence for a cosy cuddle. But don't worry, I'm not the type to demand constant attention; I'm happy to just be near you. And let me tell you about my fur—it's incredibly soft and just begging to be stroked. A good chin scratch is always appreciated too!

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
