About Gus
Gus is a 5month old mouse with a big personality and a love for building the cosiest nests.
He’s desexed, vet-checked, and ready for a new home. While he’s not a fan of being handled, Gus is curious and will start to warm up with time and patience, especially if treats are involved.
As a social little guy, Gus would love to live with other mice. Since he’s desexed, he can be housed with males or introduced to a group of females.
He’s best suited to a calm home with adults or older teens. If you’re looking for an entertaining and loveable companion, Gus might be the perfect match.

Adoption details
Regardless of the breed of animal you are looking to adopt, our adoption process is the same.
The first step of the process involves submitting an adoption application form. The form helps us understand a little bit more about you and your household and allows us to determine whether an animal is suited to your home and family and vice versa.
After a review process, shortlisted applicants will be contacted via the Pet Rescue Website. It is usually at at this point that we will organise a Meet & Greet.
If the Meet & Greet goes well on the day, in most cases you will be able to take the animal home straight away after payment of the adoption fee. We have a 2 week trial period to allow the animal to settle into your home and ensure the animal and you are happy. During this time, the animal can be returned to Forget Me Not Rescue for a full refund of the adoption fee.
All necessary paperwork including vet work history and transfer of ownership information will be sent via email within a few days unless otherwise specified.
