ABOUT:
OMG HE’S A MUNCHKIN!
He sure is. Santino is a bonafide, certified, smooshy faced short King with an unmatched aura. Now that we've got that out of the way, I’m going to tell you why you SHOULDN’T start hammering that meet & greet link. There will be a test at the end, anyone who doesn't pass is on eye booger duty for a month.
You shouldn’t apply to meet Santeeny Tiny Tippies if:
You don’t have experience with timid cats and want an immediate snuggle buddy.
You have loud friends or family members that visit regularly, or you entertain often. Santeeny Meeny Miny Mo is not a fan of new people or doorbells. He REALLY hates doorbells.
You don’t have a quiet, calm home with a separate launch area
for him to slowly settle into.
You don’t have time to brush Santato The Sweet Potato daily, and
clean his eyes 2-3 times daily. He’s cute, but crusty.
You have kids at home, even if they're absolute angels, he will be scared of them and their weird noises.
You have other boisterous animals that will invade Santini Mini Mans personal space, or take advantage of his passive nature.
You don’t have the ability to fund Vet care that he may need in the future. Please research both Munchkin and flat face breeds, and ensure you understand all the weird and wonderful things that can go wrong when you cross a hot dog with a chia pet.
You find ramps, stairs and steps visually unappealing. Santeeny Weeny will need some accessibility accessories to feel completely at home.
You just want him because his breed is a novelty, Santolerant says no to breedism.
If you’ve made it this far and think you have what it takes to win over Santiny Small Socks (and his over-protective Foster Mum), then let’s move onto why you SHOULD adopt this vertically challenged tiger loaf.
He gets the zoomies, it's like watching a bunny run through peanut butter. Sometimes his booty is faster than his head and it's ADORABLE.
He has a meow that alludes to a pack a day smoking habit, and when it comes to volume, he's definitely compensating for his height.
He's a night owl, when the sun goes down, Santiny Dancer comes out to party.
Once he's comfortable with you, his purr is on 24/7.
Despite his initial shy nature, Sansquishy Buns is a SMOOCH. When he's ready, he loves a cuddle and doesn't mind being held for short periods. He will happily curl up with you on the couch, settle on your lap, or let you carry him to bed for a late night snuggle.
He's great with other cats, despite his RBF, he's friendly and submissive with his foster siblings, and should get along well with other cat friendly cats.
He makes grooming sessions as easy as they can be, never putting up much of a fight.
Everytime you see his adorable little leggies your dopamine levels will soar! You could put him on OnlyPaws #influencer
When he's happy, Santinorini flops onto his side and does rollie pollies until you pat his belly.
If Garfield and The Lorax had a love child…
It's been an absolute pleasure seeing Santino (we also call him Jimmy, doesn't he look like a Jimmy?) blossom from the scared, introverted, abandoned breeding cat he was, into a cheeky, loving and trusting boy. He'll need an extra special forever home to help him thrive, but he is more than worth the effort!
Please note: As all our cats live in foster homes, a completed Meet & Greet application is required before we can arrange a visit. Apply today http://www.bestfriendsfelines.com/forms/meetngreet-form/
