Hi, I'm Max - your gentle-hearted, toy-loving best friend in the making!

I'm a calm and affectionate boy with a sweet soul and a whole lot of love to give. I'm pretty easy-going and gentle, which makes me a great match for families of all kinds - including homes with little kids! I'm always careful with my cuddles and love just being around my people.

I really enjoy having a toy to carry around or snuggle up with, and I'm slowly figuring out this whole "fetch" thing - I'm getting there, promise! I'm also a super smart cookie; I already know how to sit, shake paws, and lie down. I'm eager to learn even more if you've got some treats and time to teach me.

I'm a very clean boy, always keeping my pen tidy and waiting to go to the bathroom outside - what can I say, I've got manners! I'm also not bothered by loud noises or busy environments, so whether your home is calm or chaotic, I'll fit right in.

I'd be happy to live with another doggy friend, male or female, but I'd do best with one who's calm and confident. I can get a little anxious when I first meet other dogs and sometimes jump up at my handler for reassurance, but I'm learning to be more brave every day.
