About Tina **2nd Chance Cat Rescue**
Meet Tina!
This sweetheart came to us after a kind Samaritan feeding her noticed she was pregnant than had given birth somewhere.
After 8 hours in the rain, two foster carers located the week old babies (sadly one had already passed) and caught Tina.
Her two surviving kittens have now been adopted, and the additional kittens she decided to coparent are now all grown up (Available: Asteria, Rhea, Metis, Beauregard). So she's hunting for her own home!
Tina will be shy at first with new people, but once settled in she's a great little cat!
She enjoys playing with stick string toys, and gets super excited when the foster carer brings out any.
Her other hobby is sitting very close to the table and staring right at the human's dinner each night. She loves treats.
Her current routine is rubbing against the carer's legs at cat dinner time, and wanting to be pat all over for ages. She does the best little purrs during this.
However outside of dinner time, she only wants pats on her terms. Hands in her face confuse her at times. (She did come from an area where the neighbours would harass the stray cats).
Tina gets along amazingly with all other cats in care. She's often found curled up next to one.
She could be an only cat, but would settle in faster if there is a kitty friend she can bond with- either a resident cat or there are many friends in the foster home if you are after two kitties!
Would suit a calmer home.
Untested with dogs.
Her tail's resting position is tightly curled against itself. It isn't injured currently or a behavioural trait- likely an injury from when she was a kitten that healed that way. Her tail can be straightened with no issues during pats.
