Rosie is a gentle and affectionate 5-year-old Staffy cross who has been a cherished part of her family. She loves her daily walks, curling up for cuddles, and just being close to her humans. Rosie has a sweet and placid nature and is well-behaved around the home.
She’s fine walking on-lead near other dogs, but she’d prefer not to visit busy dog parks. Rosie previously lived with both male and female dogs, and while she got along with them after some settling-in time, she would do best in a home where she can be the only female dog.
This has been a truly difficult decision for her current family, who love her dearly but want the best environment for Rosie to thrive.
Rosie’s Ideal Home:
A calm home where she can soak up affection
No other female dogs (male dog may be okay after slow introductions)
No dog parks, but she enjoys regular walks on-lead
Someone who wants a snuggly, loyal companion

Meet the animal and chat to the foster carer to make sure this animal is the right one for you, your home, family and circumstances.
We recommend you have a chat as a family and a think, make sure everyone is on board and happy with the choice to add the animal to your family.
Contact the team to advise your decision either way....if this one isn't the right fit we will work with you to try and find the best match.
If this is the one, we can start the adoption process. Complete the application to adopt and promptly return the application. A home/yard check may be required by one of our team members, if this is not possible photos showing fenced and undercover areas will be required. Once application is approved, you will be invoiced. Pay the adoption fees via electronic transfer, send proof of payment to admin.
We will advise the you and foster carer the animal is clear to leave and you can arrange collection of your newest family member.
*We do have a "cooling off" period please see these terms on adoption application form.
Please note; We do offer interstate adoptions where suitable for the animal in care. All transport costs are at the adopters expense. However we will, where possible, assist with airport transfers. In liu of a meet and greet interstate adopters must have a phone interview/conversation with the foster carer. Yard/Home photos will be required with all interstate applications.
