About 6193 - Minnie
✨🎀 MEET MINNIE 🎀✨
Hi there, my name is Minnie! I’m a pretty cool cat with some funny quirks - my Foster Mum says I’m a very pretty kitty too.
Nature
Just to let you know, I won’t want to be friends right away - I mean no harm, I just think we should get to know each other better first! So there might be a little hiss, but there’s nothing in it. Once I warm up to you, I will be begging you for attention. I’m a bit funny with my methods: I force my head into your hand, then I will twirl in circles to get pats along my back - then back to the head! All while chirping away. I’ll probably drool a little bit too.
I guess I never really learned how to get pats when I was younger, I was a stray cat who came into care with my little kittens. They have long since been adopted; I was actually adopted at one point too, but have found myself back with my foster carer - no fault of my own, just didn’t work out. I’m really hoping to find a forever home though, I want to find my people!
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Older children would probably be okay, but I do like a quiet home.
I get along well with other cats, it’s nice to have company. I’m not super needy about it but they’re nice to have around.
There’s a dog in my foster home, and she’s actually kinda cool. It took a little while for me to warm up, but I don’t mind her one bit these days. Sometimes she’ll get a little too excited for my liking, and I’ll go find another place to hang out, but she’s actually pretty chill. I met another big dog too, and didn’t mind him either!
Likes / Dislikes
I haven’t reaaally learned how to play much. I do sometimes play at night but I really just prefer snoozing in a sunny spot and eating biscuits. I’m not big on wet food, but a couple bits of those Ziwi peak cans do the trick. I do have some food sensitivities, it’s best to keep me on my current Royal Canin food to keep my tummy settled and my coat looking nice.
One of my favorite things is running up to my Foster Mum while she’s sitting on the toilet to demand attention 🤭. If she doesn’t give me attention then I will stand on my back legs - because surely the only reason she isn’t patting me is because she can’t see me, right?!
I can get startled by loud noises and sudden movements, but I’m getting better all the time!
My PURR-fect home would be a little more on the quiet side - a patient home that gives me time to settle in so I can show what a funny and sweet little lady I am. I’ll need someone to keep my diet consistent, and animal friends would be nice - but they're not a must!
