About Hedor
Meet Hedor - The Acoustic Rock Star of Your Heart
Unlike his namesake - the Colombian metal band - Hedor is not all amps and screaming vocals. This 2.5-year-old ginger tabby prefers an unplugged set: think mellow purrs over headbanging meows.
A big-hearted, big-bodied boy, Hedor is all about the love. He'll make his presence known not with noise, but with kneading paw biscuits at your feet and rubbing up against your legs while you prep his breakfast - his version of a sound check.
Hedor's a real smoocher, more into serenading you with soft purrs and the occasional charming meow than belting out solos. He's the kind of cat who wants to follow you on tour... or at least from the kitchen to the couch.
Looking for a chill tour manager (aka loving adopter) who can give him the spotlight he deserves? Hedor would happily share the stage (aka your home) with other cats, easygoing dogs, and respectful kids aged 6 and up - or, as we like to say, groupies.
Ready to give this tabby troubadour his forever backstage pass? Come meet Hedor and let him strum the strings of your heart.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
