About Dairy
Meet Dairy, a young male guinea pig with a gentle heart and a whole lot of potential. Though a little shy at first, Dairy has shown how beautifully guinea pigs can blossom with time, patience, and love. When he first arrived in foster care, he preferred to stay quietly tucked away, observing the world around him with cautious eyes. But with gentle encouragement and kindness, Dairy has slowly but surely come out of his shell - and watching that transformation has been nothing short of rewarding.
One of Dairy's most endearing traits is how relaxed he becomes once he feels safe. He's been known to fall asleep in the arms of his foster carers and enjoy head scratches.
Dairy has already been desexed, making him a perfect candidate for bonding with another guineapig. Like all cavies, Dairy is a social animal and feels most at ease when he has a companion. Without a friend, he gets lonely, and despite his soft demeanor, you'll hear his high-pitched squeaks echoing from his enclosure when he's feeling a bit left out.
Dairy would do best in a home where he can continue to build trust at his own pace and where he'll have the companionship of another guinea pig. His gentle nature, combined with his growing affection for people, makes him a wonderful addition to a loving and patient home.
