Salmon

I'm Salmon, a 3-year-old Husky on the prowl for a new home! I'm a lover of all things toys, especially the soft, squeaky kind! Seriously, if you’ve got a basket full of plushies for me to rummage through, we might just be soulmates. I also enjoy tennis balls, though I haven’t quite figured out the whole "fetch" thing yet. Or maybe I have... and I’ve just decided it’s more fun to keep the ball for myself.

I prefer people to give me a little time to come out of my shell, so I’d really love a home where people are gentle, kind, and give me the time I need to feel safe. Once I trust you, I’ll be your playful sidekick—and maybe even your couch buddy. I love lounging next to my humans, especially if I can have a toy in my paws while I chill.

Walks are another thing I really enjoy. I love to sniff the flowers, watch the world go by, and just take in all the sights and smells. I’m also working on my manners around other dogs—sometimes I feel a bit unsure—so I’d do best as the only dog in the home for now.
