Say hello to Arlo, a 3-year-old stunning long haired dapple Dachshund with a heart full of love and a voice to match! Arlo is an affectionate, loyal little guy who’s looking for a calm, understanding home where he can feel safe and settled.

💙 Arlo’s Personality:
Arlo is incredibly loving and gives the best hugs. He absolutely adores sitting on your lap and being close to his person. He enjoys his walks, isn’t fussy with food, and loves to curl up in his crate at bedtime.

• Arlo can be vocal and will happily let you know how he feels.
• Typical dachshund he shows lead reactivity, so needs a confident, experienced handler to help manage walks.
• He is dog social with small dogs but would prefer not to live with larger ones.
• Arlo is partially house trained, with the occasional accident indoors.
• He experiences travel sickness, so shorter, more relaxed car trips are best.
• Arlo will need time, patience, and a predictable routine to help him settle with his new family
• He knows “sit” and has great recall in his own yard.
• Regular grooming is important for Arlo, so he needs an owner committed to keeping his stunning silky long coat looking and feeling his best.

Arlo’s adoption fee is $800 he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms and microchipped. He is in foster care in Fletcher NSW, and not available for interstate adoption.
