About Poppy
Meet Poppy, affectionately known as "Mumma," a sweet and petite canine looking for a new family, weighing in at a petite 17 kgs, Poppy is ready to step into the spotlight and find a loving home of her own. With a warm heart and a gentle soul, Poppy is the perfect size for those who want a dog that won’t take up too much room but will fill your life with love.
Poppy is incredibly sweet and naturally dog-friendly, making her a great fit for households that already have other canines. Whether it be play dates pooch pals, or curling up for a nice quiet cuddle, she adapts easily to the different emotions you're feeling. She's come from a rural background and although she hasn't been tested with cats, Poppy has shown a gentle, approachable nature that suggests she might adapt well with proper introduction and guidance.
As you welcome Poppy into your life, be prepared for rewarding companionship with a dog who is both tender and incredibly loving. She's done her duty as a mum and, with her nurturing instincts and sweet demeanour, is more than ready to share her affection with her new family. If you're seeking a darling and adaptable addition to your household, Poppy is eagerly waiting to fill that role and become your delightful, forever friend.

Once you are approved and have submitted all relevant information, we will organise for you to meet the dog at your home or in a public place. If you have other animals they should please be at the meet.
Before applying, please consider and finalise the following: real estate approval, fence repair if needed, outside shelter areas and look into the dog's breed dietary requirements eg large breed vs medium breed.
