When the police opened the backpack, they weren’t expecting to find me staring back at them!

My name is jailbreak and I was rescued after my keeper was arrested! Luckily, I am out of that mess and onto bigger, better things like eating lots of seed and having a snooze.

Despite all the care my rescuers gave me, I have decided I want to be independent and would be happiest with some pigeon friends in my new home- or maybe a future boyfriend! I am a bit shy, but don’t mind taking seed from your hand or hanging out with you in my own special kind of way, perching and getting comfortable near you but not in your hands. This is something my rescue things can be worked on through positive reinforcement and being given the space to relax. 🧡
