Star is a sweet, affectionate Border Collie who absolutely adores her humans. She has a gentle, cuddly nature and walks beautifully on lead, with a great recall to boot! Once she knows and trusts you, she'll be your shadow and a loyal companion.

While Star thrives on human company, she can be a little unsure around unfamiliar people-especially if they appear suddenly. She'll need a family who can advocate for her space and help her build confidence with gradual introductions to new environments and faces. With patience and positive guidance, her trust will blossom.

Star is best suited to an older, calm and gentle doggie friend if you have another pooch at home. She may also need support during storms, where she's been known to react to thunder. A calm and cozy environment will help her feel safe and secure.

She may vocalise or dig at doors if left alone for too long-enrichment, structure, and slow independence training will help ease her transition into home life. She's done well with gentle grooming, and ongoing positive experiences will help her feel even more comfortable.

Respectful kids? She's open to meeting them! Star just needs time, understanding, and a loving heart to call her own.
