About Donny
Meet Donny, an energetic and playful pup whose zest for life is nothing short of contagious! With an innate ability to bring joy wherever he goes, Donny happily entertains both humans and dogs alike with his lively antics. Whether it’s a game of fetch or a spontaneous play session with a fellow canine, Donny is always eager to dive into the fun.
One of Donny's favorite pastimes is playing with his cherished toy platypus. He can spend hours tossing it around, reveling in solo play or inviting his human friends to share in the fun. With his gleeful demeanor and earnest enthusiasm, Donny has the knack for transforming any ordinary day into a memorable adventure. As Donny gets used to new people and environments, he may be a tad shy at first, but with patience and love, he quickly emerges from his shell to reveal his playful personality.
In addition to his playful nature, Donny is toilet trained, making him ready to fit seamlessly into your home life. This lovable companion would thrive in a family ready to embrace his lively spirit and provide plenty of opportunities for interaction and activity. If you're looking for a lighthearted, delightful dog who's eager to bring laughter and love into your home, Donny is the perfect addition to your family.

Adoption details
The adoption process at the Upper Lachlan Shire is relatively easy. We ask that if you are interested in an animal, please apply via pet rescue, the Shelter staff will then review applications and phone selected applicants for a meet and greet. We do not take expressions of interest over the phone.
Once you have been selected as the right applicant for the animal, all that is required by you is to make a payment at the Animal Shelter by eftpos ONLY (Via phone can be arranged after a meet and greet with the animal), provide details for the microchip and registration paperwork and then pick up your future pet from the Council veterinary service provider once they have been de-sexed and vaccinated, if not already desexed and vaccinated (Council staff will advise you when the animal is booked in at the veterinary clinic.
