About Effy
Hi, I’m Effy — proud mum to five beautiful kittens and a survivor with a heart full of love. I was left in a carrier beside a Lifeline bin with my babies, but I stayed calm and close, never leaving their side. I made sure they felt safe until help arrived.
Now that my little ones have grown up and have found their own humans, it’s finally my turn to be the one who’s cared for. I adore affection and seek it out every chance I get — snuggles, head boops, purrs, and more. I’m also playful and fun, especially now that I can just be me again, not just “Mum.”
I’m great with other cats, fantastic with dogs, perfectly litter-trained, and I absolutely love my toys. If you’re looking for a gentle soul who’s been through a lot but still chooses love every time — I’d love to meet you. 💕

Please ensure all corresponding documentation, such as vet work for existing animals & lease agreements are provided with the completed application to avoid any delays
Applications are not approved on a first in, best dressed basis, rather we will assess on your suitability. Should we believe that the animal you have applied for may not suit your home or lifestyle, we will work with you until we find your perfect match.
Upon approval of your application, we will pass your contact details onto the carer and they will liaise with you to arrange a meet & handover. Prior to the handover, an adoption contract will be emailed to you along with copies of vet work & our bank details. The signed adoption agreement & payment of the adoption fee is required prior to the animal leaving with you. We offer a two-week trial period, and the full adoption fee, minus an administration fee will be refundable if the adoption is cancelled within those two weeks.
