About Maggie
Hear ye, hear ye! Make way for Maggie of House Domesticus Cattus, first of her name, Queen of Couches, Mother of Feather Wands 👑
Don’t let her soft meows and gentle demeanour fool you. Maggie is all love and play! When she isn’t taking her daily beauty naps, she’s darting around her humble realm with a mission: using her cuteness to charm you into sneaking her a few extra treats or pets. Iconic queen behaviour, really 😸
Curious about her favourites? She has many!
💖 Meal times
💖 Feather wands
💖 Being snuggled up like a tiny burrito
💖 Loafing next to you while you work
💖 Head and back scratches
💖 Cat TV marathons
While Maggie isn’t a lap cat (yet) or a big fan of strange noises, she loves to head bump you for pats and scratches! In short, she’s the perfect and most easygoing companion!
Wondering why she's wearing such a cute cone? Maggie was a bit stressed coming from the pound, and overgroomed, poor thing!! She's on the road to recovery, and has really come out of her shell! The cone just prevents her from licking the wounds, so that her hair can grow back ðŸ¤
Maggie hasn’t been tested with other animals and should be the only pet in the home.
Medical notes
Maggie may get stressed and overwhelmed in new environments. When she moves to her forever home, we highly recommend using stress relief products such as Feliway or Zylkene (if needed). These are great products to prevent stress in a new home!

Adoption details
When someone contacts us to apply for an animal we will send an application form to be completed. When we receive a completed application form we will share this with the foster carer to approve the applicant.
We will then organise a meet & greet with the applicant and the foster carer to meet the animal, learn about their routine, behaviours and what they eat, drink, etc.
After the meet & greet the applicant is contacted to see if they want to proceed with the application and the foster carer approves the applicant.
We will then complete paperwork, payment, and organise a time to have the animal picked up.
Animals are then adopted on a 2 week trial, during which we stay in touch and provide support for the new adopter.
Once adopted we will send through vet records & paperwork and transfer their microchip.
We offer communication and support throughout the fostering & adoption process.
