About Angus
Darling Angus has found himself in a terrifying position and one that he has no control over.
You see Angus is one of the many cats in our care who had a home, he had a family who loved him but due to a change in his families circumstances Angus found himself surrendered to the shelter and to be completely honest he hates it here.
In his previous home Angus was happy. He loved his people and was outgoing and social. In the shelter he is terrified. He masks his fear by retreating to the back of his pen and growling at the people who approach. He tries hard to make himself seem scary so that the we will go away but we know this is just a facade.
We know that with time and patience Angus will shine again. That his fear will melt away and the friendly cat we know is under there will re-emerge again.
Angus is part of our newest trial program, Rehome or Rescue, and we would love to see Angus and this program succeed. This program has been specially introduced to help our struggling feline friends find their forever homes and targets the most vulnerable of the cats that enter our shelter.
Can you help us succeed and save a special life in the process? Come in and meet Angus today. We can't promise that it will be easy but I can promise it will be worth it.
*The Lost Dogs' Home would also be glad to have Angus placed into a home via a recognized rescue organisation. Please contact us on cranbourne.adoptions@dogshome.com if your organisation has space for this beautiful soul.
