Bobby is a sweet Maltese who has been through a lot for such a small soul. Sadly, his beloved owner passed away, leaving Bobby all alone and unsure of the world around him. Despite his grief and confusion, Bobby is ready to find a kind, patient home where he can start a new chapter filled with love, understanding, and gentle guidance.

What Bobby Needs;
Bobby has shown us that he feels most secure in a quiet, predictable environment where he can build trust at his own pace. Because of his sensitivity and his need for careful confidence-building, Bobby is looking for:

A Single-Dog Household: Bobby prefers being the only dog in the home so he can have all your attention and not feel overwhelmed.

An Adults-Only Home (16+): Bobby needs a calm, adult household where people can respect his boundaries and support his journey at a pace he can handle.

While he is still learning to feel safe, Bobby needs nice slow positive introductions to being handled, meeting new people, exploring unfamiliar places, and encountering other dogs. To help Bobby settle and flourish, his new family will need to commit to taking it nice and slow (and using lots of treats).

Bobby isn't looking for just anyone, he's looking for someone who sees the quiet courage in him and is ready to help him rediscover joy and trust. With patience, kindness, and lots of treats, Bobby will reward you with his loyalty and love.
