About Dalton
Meet Dalton, the distinguished gentleman with a heart full of love, three legs, and zero worries.
This handsome boy came into care with a pretty nasty leg injury that just wasn't getting better, so to make life more comfortable for him, the decision was made to amputate. And honestly? Dalton took it all in stride - or should we say, three strides! He's adjusted like an absolute champ and moves around with ease, whether he's hopping over to his food bowl or claiming the best sunny spot in the house.
Dalton is a bit of a softie at heart. He may take a little time to warm up to new people - he's got that classic cat dignity, after all - but once you're in his trusted circle, prepare yourself for the ultimate smoochfest. We're talking head boops, leg rubs, and purrs that sound like a tiny lawnmower.
A true foodie, Dalton has a sixth sense for knowing when the treat jar rattles or the food bowl gets filled - and he'll happily remind you if you forget. He's not interested in the hustle and bustle of a busy household, though. No wild parties or zoomies required - just a calm, loving home where he can chill out, be admired for the majestic creature he is, and receive regular doses of chin scratches and admiration.
Dalton may be down one leg, but he's up one amazing personality - and he's ready to share it with someone who'll love him just the way he is.
