Meet Betsy (Maltese x) and Nigel (Papillon) our gorgeous older couple who came to us from the local pound in a terrible state.

These little ones are bonded, so are looking for a family who has room in their heart and home for two little dogs.

Betsy is the more mature of the two, she loves a cuddle on the couch and just being with you. Nigel on the other hand has a lot of character, he prances around like a puppy and quite enjoys annoying Betsy when she’s trying to nap. He’s learning that cuddles are pretty good and he does love an ear rub.

Betsy and Nigel love going for walks, napping in the sun, being with their people and just being together. They both really don’t like being on their own.
These two would prefer to be indoors more than outdoors though have been fine outside whilst their carer is at work. They have been sleeping inside at night and will need a family who will allow them to sleep inside, or they will let you know how unimpressed they are about it.

Betsy and Nigel are good with confident cats, not showing much interest in the resident cats. They are also good with other dogs, currently living with two medium sized pooches. They don’t really want to play with the other dogs much, though get very excited about meeting new friends and will tell them off if they’re being too much.

These two little ones are looking for a quiet home where they can enjoy their senior years with daily walks and lots of love.
