About Clarkeson
Meet Clarkeson, an affectionate and enthusiastic pooch who is always ready for new adventures! With his lively spirit and loving nature, Clarkeson has a knack for bringing joy to anyone fortunate enough to meet him.
Despite having missed out on some one-on-one attention earlier in life, Clarkeson has grown into a confident and happy dog who knows how to keep himself entertained. However, his heart truly sings when he's around people, sharing in the company and creating precious memories filled with fun and laughter.
This social butterfly is up for just about anything, whether it's a scenic car ride, a leisurely walk, or a fun outing to a local café. While he's certainly a fan of delicious treats, nothing excites him more than spending quality time exploring the world with his favorite humans by his side.
Clarkeson's toilet training is improving day by day, a testament to his desire to please his new family. He was kenneled prior to surrender so he’s never had to worry about where to toilet. He’s very trainable - he desperately wants to please you. He’s sure to be a faithful companion who offers unwavering loyalty and companionship. If you're looking for a dog who is as eager to embark on adventures as you are and one who genuinely loves being part of a pack, Clarkeson is eagerly waiting to fill that role. Give him the chance, and he'll happily prove that he's the perfect adventurous and affectionate addition to your life.
Medical notes
He has had 5/5 boas surgery
Been desexed and had a dental. His vaccinations and worming are up to date and heartworm negative
He is a brachycephalic breed. All suffer from BOAS in some way, either minor or severe. They are always at risk of boas ( brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome)becoming clinical- creating difficulty breathing. We expect you to have a complete understanding of the condition and discuss the potential surgical, environmental and medical modifications you may have to do for this condition with your vet before you apply for this dog. It is also a excellent idea to take advantage of the trial period to have your vet check over the dog and give you more pointers on this breed related issue and the expectations for their care and management.
