LOOKING for LOVE and PATIENCE.

Hi my name is Dak

When I arrived into foster care as a little pup everything was scary, I would hide from my foster parents and their three doggies.. but with time and patience I now love their company.

Given how nervous I am at the start, I am really hoping to find a loving home, whereby I am given the time & space to settle in. Once I realise I am safe I will start to come for belly rubs, however this takes me awhile.. so initially I might hide in a safe spot. Towels & leads still scare me a bit so I try to run away when I see them!

I do however, love playing with my doggie friends (especially the big Labrador pup) and I love a good morning snuggle and belly rubs. I enjoy playing fetch but can also keep myself pretty entertained playing with toys and doggy chews.

I am toilet trained and can use a doggy door, plus I love food & snacks so I will sit like a good boy waiting for my food or a treat. Dental chews are yum!

I like exploring outside and finding a nice spot to sunbake when there is sunshine, or curling up for a nap when its cold. You might have to put your slippers out of reach as I like to take them outside with me!

I use to sleep in a crate as it was my safe place, however now I am more confident I sleep on a doggy bed in my foster mum & dads bedroom.
