About Hector (66426)
Hector is a mature staffy mix looking for a a fresh start in a welcoming home. Having come to us as a stray, nothing is known about the life he lived prior. While with us Hector has shown to be affectionate, eager to please and mouldable. He showed he was social with female dogs, but could be selective with some males. Hector may suit a well matched female dog in his new home, he has not been tested with cats. He has no known history with children, but may suit a home with respectful kids over 10 that understand dog boundaries. He may need some help integrating into indoor life as his house training skills are unknown. Hector will benefit from daily vigorous walks, structured training, inclusion in family activities and continued positive dog socializing to grow him into a well rounded boy.

Please note it is compulsory that we meet any existing dogs with the GAWS dog of interest to help ensure a good match for all involved. In addition, all household members are required to attend the meet and greet to assess the dog's interaction.
