š¾ Personality: Fuji is a beautiful, young at heart affectionate boy who adores his people and just wants to be close to them. He loves snuggles & belly rubs. He LOVES the company of other dogs and birds. Fuji is not your typical greyhound. Fuji has a wonderfully playful nature, so much so that it prevented him from being a racer. Heās happiest in peaceful surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle, and would love a calm home to match his gentle soul.
š Training: Fuji is a pretty smart cookie whoās already got his foster mum wrapped around his paw. He has a great stride about him and will walk confidently on a lead. He enjoys meeting other dogs when he is out walking and wags his take excitedly wanting to greet them. He travels beautifully in the car and is relaxed and calm during rides. Fuji is in foster care in a house where Lorikeets are not caged and enjoys having them with him inside the house. Fuji is completely house trained, he enjoys his food and just loves having company but if nobody is around, he is happy to just snooze and wait. His ideal family will be patient, understanding, and committed to continuing his comfy cosy and relaxed way of life.
š Perfect Home: Fuji would thrive in a quiet, home in the suburbs or in the country. If there is another dog of similar size who wants a bestie, his paw is up saying pick me please. Children racing around the house all the time is not the environment that will suit Fuji. A confident, playful dog companion would be the perfect match to share in his joy and some fun. Fuji is looking for a loving, stable home where heāll be gently supported, given the space to run, and included as a cherished part of the family. He is happy to support a senior by taking them on gentle daily walks and being their someone to share a wonderful life. With the right people by his side, Fuji will blossom into the loyal, loving companion heās meant to be.

~As a working breed I will need lots of training, exercise & mental stimulation. How to do plan to meet those needs?
~ Have you done any training with other dogs? If so what training have you and your previous/current dog completed?
~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?
~I will also need flea and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality biscuits, can you guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?

~Written agreement is required by your landlord/real estate for rental properties. A rates notice is required for homeowners.
~A vet reference may be required.
