I'm Matilda!

Don't let first impressions fool you. While I might come across as aloof when we first meet, I'm actually just a big softie deep down, and a real kitten at heart too! Once I am comfortable in my environment, I'm a proper purr-machine, always keen to share a cuddle.

People often think double equals trouble but nothing could be further from the truth with me and my sister, Sofia. We're the same amount of work as one cat but with twice the cuteness. You won't have to worry about us being lonely either. We're inseparable, you see. We eat together, groom each other and always sleep curled up with one another. We even got lost together! Which is how we ended up here at the AWLQ and now that we have our chance to find our forever home, we hope we can do that together too.

Despite our slow-to-warm-up approach to life, we're both very playful kitties who love a good play, a good pat and always bring out the best in one another. While Sofia can be a bit of a timid girl at times, when I'm around she really comes out of her shell. She loves to copy what I'm doing - when I want a cuddle, you can bet Sofia will want one too.
