About Birra
Birra is a six month old kelpie x pup who is an affectionate sweetheart. Initially shy, he quickly gains confidence once he is sure of his environment.
In care, Birra has proven to be sociable and friendly with his foster dog pack, engaging in zoomies, wrestling and other fun. He has been introduced to the resident cat and whilst keen to play will also disengage when called.
Birra sleeps beautifully through the night, and has a good basic level of training, sitting and walking nicely on a lead.
He is smart and will benefit from consistent boundaries and training as well as continued socialisation.
Birra enjoys the company of other dogs and will benefit from having an older doggy sibling to show him the ropes and cuddle up with.
He loves his humans and is very affectionate. He will want to be at the heart of the family unit. He is energetic and fun and will want to be included in all your adventures!
Despite his energy, Birra has an amazing off switch and will usually be found curled up asleep near his family.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
