Hi there! I’m Brocky, an 18-month-old Domestic Short Hair with sleek black fur and a gentle, affectionate personality that wins everyone over.

I started life on the streets, but those alleyway days are behind me. A kind hearted lady rescued me and gave me my first taste of indoor life. I stayed with her for a while until her other cats got a little jealous. I guess not everyone can handle a newcomer this charming.

Now I’m living with another foster family, and I hear the words “what a good boy” at least 10 times a day. My specialty? Headbutts. If giving headbutts were a career, I’d be the CEO. I also have the softest, most polite little meow that sneaks up on you when you least expect it.

My foster family has given me all sorts of nicknames: Hades, Erebus, and The Void Prince (don’t ask just know it’s a compliment). I am quite a heavy boy but I’m “not fat, just dense,” like a tiny black hole that bends light and hearts around him. I’ll take it.

When I’m not silently following you like a little shadow, you’ll find me napping in the weirdest positions, chasing toys, or soaking up the sun.

Whether you’re just looking for a sweet, loving companion or you’re a witch in need of a loyal familiar, I’m your guy.

While I can tolerate other cats, I’d really prefer to be your one and only. I think I’ve earned the right to be spoiled a bit… don’t you? I am untested with dogs and young children.

He is in foster care in Newcastle area, NSW. His adoption fee is $50, and he is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, and treated for fleas and worms.
